Whether it's around the block, greenbelt or park, there's nothing better than an afternoon run on a perfect day.
Something interesting happens when I run...every fear, frustration, anger and worry kinda melts away and somehow the world is a better place.
There's no agenda when I run, no one to please but me. I keep my own pace, I'm on my own time. There's no problem to solve, no issue to clear or deadline to meet. It's just me, Tinker and the pavement and I LOVE MY LIFE, because summer in Idaho has finally arrived and I get to do this everyday.
