Good story, good people, good fun

There's nothing better than a breaking news day. Yes, we in the news business have somewhat of a tainted point of view. Not that we want things to go wrong, but we'd be lying if we said we didn't get a little excited...truth is, in Idaho not much goes wrong, ever. Besides...today I'm only talking about a power outage. Nothing more than a two hour pain for 2,000 people and excuse for some schools to let out early. Which means I got spend part of my day with little kids...always a plus. Good story, good people and a little excitement. In my profession it's the perfect combination.
